Dedicated to the memory of Jean Evans
This site is a tribute to Jean Evans, much loved mum of Richard and John, nanny to Mike, Charlotte, Jenni & Russell and great grandmother to Joanie Jean.
She passed away at Royal Berks Hospital on 6th September after a short spell following a fall at home a few weeks earlier. She had become very frail and weak and finally succumbed to pneumonia.
She had a brief period of palliative care in hospital rather than hospice, but always wanted to support the Duchess of Kent hospice which looked after Howard so well in the last few weeks of his life.
